HOPR Transit App
Senior UX Designer
As the centerpiece of HOPR, the HOPR Transit app needed to have a simple and creative interface so users could access bikes, scooters, and ride share nearby. I started by collecting screenshots from 20+ competitive apps and then traveled to Los Angeles, CA, to conduct a competitor analysis of the top bike share and scooter share companies in North America. Once my research was complete, I created the wireframe in Adobe Illustrator and adapted them into interactive mockups with Adobe XD. To optimize the user experience, I consulted industry experts, conducted user testing with everyday commuters, examined data collected from Apple Analytics, and traveled to Tel-Aviv, Israel, to work with the developers side-by-side.
